Common Issues & Easy Fixes
- Emulator not installing: Make sure you are running Windows 7 or above and that you have Administrator rights on your PC
- BlueStacks crashes on launch: Update your graphics drivers and ensure Virtualization is enabled in your PC BIOS settings
- Game lagging or slow: Go to emulator settings and increase the allocated RAM to 3–4 GB. Close other background programs
- APK not installing in emulator: Ensure the APK file downloaded completely. Re-download from our homepage if the file is incomplete
- Black screen after launch: Restart the emulator completely, then relaunch the game from the app drawer
